single room in well kept house. All mod cons, incl TV, wireless, cable, washing machine, dishwasher. Lovely lounge area. Looking for student or professional, who may just need more home like atmosphere rather than rowdy student digs. Happy to take in commuters throughout the week, to save on travel time/expense. Would be nice if lodger likes to chat and share odd bottle of wine/beer
