Ideally we are looking for someone long-term, but happy to consider short term options. We are looking for a professional person with a regular income. Couples NOT accepted. Smokers NOT accepted.

We are definitely not a party house, though obviously friends are always welcome.

We are a happy household who often socialise together including theatre, cinema and hiking. We love The Simpsons, The Muppets and general silliness. We cook for each other a couple of times a month.

One female is British (project manager in the arts) one male Australian (playwright & teacher) and other female Indian(works in IT). We are happy to share house with people of any nationality.

Kitchen has plenty of space for four people; seperate bathroom/toilet; good reliable hot water and central heating. Communal living area, wireless broadband, Virgin media TV/phone package. We have a wonderful garden space with table & chairs. Terrace house.

Cinema & theatre at end of street, 4 supermarkets very close, new Westfield shopping centre in walking distance, excellent transport links to all of london on bus & train (central, jubilee lines; DLR & London overground) plus national rail trains out to Essex.
