This is a SINGLE ROOM with a single bed and 3 wardrobes.

TORONTO AVENUE, E12 5JF where the house is located IS in MANOR PARK - zone 3. MANOR PARK is 10 minutes by overground from LONDON LIVERPOOL STREET.

All the bills (Broadband, council tax, eletricity, gas, etc)are included in the price.

We are 7 People living in this massive house, 3 girls and 4 boys. We all are young professionals working and studying and busy going after our goal in London, this great city full of oportunities. Each person here has a diferent timetable and the house is not crowded at all. By the way we are happy people :-) and are looking for someone with a good energy to take this room.
