I am a 27 y. o professional male, non-smoker and am looking to share with a young professional to take over the lease from the previous housemate who is moving round the corner! Really enjoyed living somewhere that is a 20 minute walk into Bank and has The Cut, Borough Market and Borough High Street so close by and I am keen to stay on in the property. There is also a London Cycle Scheme terminal outside the flat so commuting centrally can take minutes. I am looking to continue with the current contract and any new tenant will be taking over from the original tenant. Rent is £606. 67 not inclusive of bills (~£80 a month) and there is a two month notice period to end the contract.
