I have a double room available (in two bedroom flat) located on Bermondsey Street in London Bridge. If you are unfamiliar with Bermondsey Street it has a great range of trendy restaurants and bars. The flat is also a 10 minute walk from Borough Market.

The flat is a 5 to 7 minutes walk from London Bridge station and a 25 minute walk from the City (i. e. Bank/Liverpool Street). You will also be 5 minutes walk from Tower Bridge.

The double room itself is reasonably sized and comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe.

The monthly rent is only £563 per month, which is reasonable for this area. Total bills (including Council Tax) come in at around £120 per month.

You will be sharing with a 26 year old professional male (me) who works in Westminster. I am easy going, love to cook (so expect good food) am sociable and don't take myself too seriously. I tend to work long hours and drift in and out as I am regularly also required to travel abroad on business.

This is therefore the perfect flat for a young professional.
