Professional gay male or female sought to rent a double bedroom on the 3rd floor of a private development with lift and concierge. Private penthouse gym membership included and (if required) secure, underground parking space. There are also communal roof terraces for sitting out on those precious days of sunshine.

You will be sharing with a female couple (the owners of the flat). A summary of us: very femme, city working, sociable Oxford graduates in our mid 20’s who value good humour, wit, pretty shoes and wine.

Flat is about 8 minutes’ walk from Stratford Station. There are fantastic transport links including Central/Jubilee/DLR and National Rail. Fewer than 15 minutes to Liverpool Street from the front door.

Flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so as the flat mate, you will have pretty much free reign over the master bathroom. We have an electric piano for those of you who are musically inclined.

Our flat mate will ideally be non-smoking, clean and tidy, energy efficient and a professional type who wants a calm environment during the week. If you happen to have additional talents such as decorating and general DIY stuff, this is even better as we are both petite and limited in terms of reach to high shelves etc!

£600 includes rent, gym membership and service charge. Parking space will be an additional £50 per month. Bills will be split three ways.
Subject to negotiation, contract is for 1 year with a 6 month break clause and a 1 month notice period.

We are flexible on moving in date. A deposit of one month’s rent will be required and all agreements made will be fully in line with tenancy laws and schemes.
