Hello! we have a nice double bedroom for short let in a flat in hackney, available for two weeks from Oct 5th-19th, and it is £300 for the two weeks inclusive of wi-fi internet and bills. It's furnished and there's one other flatmate. Tom is really nice and quiet and a good person to sit to the table with and you can have a nice chat if you're feeling chatty, or you could just say hello and go your own way if you're in need for some privacy.

The room is suitable for either a single person or a couple, as we going away for two weeks for holiday. Our flatmate Tom whom I mentioned above is in-fact my boyfriend's friend, They've studied together in Leeds.

The flat has all the facilities (heating, washing machine, wi-fi connection and may I say - a really good oven!). It also has some nice pieces of furniture and shelves, some of which are Tom and Luke's work. They're good with DIY.

Location: Our neighbourhood is quiet and lovely, 5 min from London Fields and close to Ridley rd Market where you can your fruit and veg. and Dalston which provides lots of bars and cafes. The trendy cafes include Otto cafe, and that one around the corner on Wilton Way, and as for pubs, apart from our local, you have The George, Dalston Superstore etc. everything is all near-by, there's no excuse to stay in even on a rainy day!

Transport: There are many buses around (38, 30, 276, 242) going to town or Angel, Stoke Newington and other areas. If you walk a bit further you reach Kingsland rd. where you have lots more buses going to old st., liverpool st. etc. Even better: we are walking-distance from the East London line .
