We have a beautiful double room available from  the 30th of August.
The flat is amazing! Located in a good, safe and secure gated community in Dalston, it’s  just a 3 minute walk off Kingsland Road with very good transport links for the rest of the city.

It is a light and airy open space divided into two floors with a mezzanine and bedroom that the two of us live in on the upper floor . The large living area, bathroom, kitchen  and the room that we are renting are on the ground floor.
It has lots of natural light with big windows and great views over London.

You would be living with two 28 years old girls (spanish), one photographer and one graphic designer who is also currently studying media and culture.  We are in a productive, creative and focused time of our lives, and would like somebody with a similar mindset to join our home.  There are as always the exceptions ofcourse, and we certainly know how to have fun, but we like to keep the house a relaxed working and living environment.

We like to have some friends over for dinners, (I love to cook), other wise we watch a movie or share good conversation, the usual stuff I guess.
We are looking for a creative person in the arty scene, but not in the crazy party mood anymore (all of us we know what we are talking about, haha. That means no party or after-party at home!).
We are clean, tidy and respectful so we need someone like that to share the flat with, especially in our shared spaces :)

The price of the room is £800 a month plus bills which will be divided between the three of us.
