The room is fully furnished with brand new double bed and mattress, decent size wardrobe with full length mirror, dresser and night stand. You will have full access to the lounge, dining and open-plan kitchen. There is a washing machine, one bathroom, free internet and Sky TV. All this for only £650 per month inclusive of all bills.
Bet you are wondering what's the catch well there is only one... you have to share with me. I am 28 year old professional female, I work hard and play harder (but not as I used to). I travel a lot for my job so when I am actually in the country I do love to watch really bad TV. I am very sociable but I do respect people’s privacy and do know when to shut-up. I am clean and tidy but not obsessively.
I would prefer to share with a like-minded female who is both independent and sociable i. e. we can have a drink or a night out together but have their own thing going on. I would like someone who would treat the flat like their own as I will not be there all the time and should be able to make it their home.
Location... the flat is close to Canning town station about 5-7minutes walk, which has the Jubilee line to Canary Wharf (takes about 6 mins) and DLR to Bank (takes about 20 mins).
The flat is in a small and quiet development and is on the top floor (3rd floor) with great views of the Wharf, note that there are no lifts in the building so the stairs can help you keep fit. There is a balcony which is quite nice to sit out during the summer.
