I am a British Indian, owner of this cosy flat. I live on the ground floor. Am renting out my first floor. 4 bedroom flat, 2 is occupied.

PLEASE NOTE:
The 2 double rooms I have available are occupied by one other, and you would be sharing the room. Both rooms are double size. I have a room available for a female that would be shring with current female student and also have a room avaiable for a male sharing with current male student. Currently both rooms are occupied, but be available from 1st October, and if interested to view, after 17th September.

The room is furnished with single bed, desk and warddrobe, and plenty storage space. Deposit of 150 is required. Bills inclusive are Council Tax only. Rest Bills are split quaterley between all tenants. Looking to pay no more than £15 per month which includes, Gas/Electricity/Broadband/Wate r. We share the kitchen and bathroom, which is partly furnished. Rest living at my property are students. Very quiet bunch.. including myself a student and working prof. We do catch up for chit chat after work/or in weekends. Very near to tube (Mile end, Bow Church and DLR). Walking distance to Tesco opened 7 days a week. Safe Area. Secured Entrace Door, will be provided a key fob. Parking available, but you will need to register for Tower Hamlets Car Permit.
