Downstairs is the kitchen, separate downstairs toilet and a living room which will be used as a bedroom for one us.

One minute walk to Hoxton Station Overground station.
Old street station a 20 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride on the 55 which also goes to Tottenham court road and Oxford Circus.
